1、 Overview

The JFS-550 multi-purpose disperser is a new environmentally friendly laboratory product designed and developed by our factory using the latest technology at home and abroad. This product integrates functions of mixing, sanding, and dispersing, and is the most ideal experimental equipment for laboratory personnel.

This device adopts a variable frequency motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, and no mechanical wear of carbon brushes. It directly displays the shaft speed digitally and is equipped with dispersed impellers and sanding blades. It can adapt to different experimental needs in the laboratory and directly calculate the relationship between the linear velocity of stirring, dispersing, and sanding blades, material viscosity, and chemical reaction rate based on the displayed shaft speed, providing accurate data for large-scale production.

III structure

1. This machine adopts a dual axis constant force lifting system, which is convenient for lifting and lowering.

2. Adopting a new type of variable frequency motor and implementing stepless speed regulation of the motor through an intelligent variable frequency controller. Using digital PID technology, the control accuracy is high, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle speed.

3. The dispersing impeller and sanding disc are directly connected to the shaft with screws.

4. The material cylinder is fixed by left and right clamps, and the cylinder body adopts a jacket structure, which can be processed with stainless steel material through cooling water.

4 install

1. Install the two clamps separately on the fixed frame, with the clamping rod facing upwards.

2. Fix the stainless steel cylinder in the clamp, with the cylinder cover hole matching the motor shaft.

Five use and maintenance

1. When using, fix the selected sanding blade or dispersing impeller to the shaft.

2. Rotate the motor locking bolt, adjust the height position of the shaft and container, clamp the motor seat and container, put in the material and cover the container lid.

3. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, wait for the initialization of the controller to end, the four digit digital tube displays 0.0, and then adjust the speed to the required speed.

When the speed is greater than 4000r/min, it is not advisable to drive an empty car.

6、 Operation Guide

1. Plug in the power and the instrument display is normal.

2. Turn the potentiometer knob all the way to the left.

3. Press the "RUN" button on the panel to prepare the motor for operation.

4. Adjust the potentiometer knob until the desired speed is reached. (You can also press the "▲" or "▼" keys until the desired speed is reached.)

5. Press the "STOP" button to stop the motor from running.

7、 Instructions for the buttons of the variable frequency controller

DATA： Press this key to switch between measured values such as speed, frequency, voltage, temperature, etc;

RUN： Run button;

STOP： Stop button;

PRO： Programming setting button;

◀： When programming, press the left shift button for numerical values;

▲: Numerical increase button;

▼: Numerical decrease button;
